Fundraise for your organization with fun, flavor, and purpose! Put on a Taco Party for youth in your community to cook and enjoy delicious food while learning basic cooking skills! If your organization is looking for a unique way to raise funds for a cause, Touch of the Heart wants to partner with you to help support our local communities!

How It Works

Program Details:

Touch of the Heart provides a 1 hour Taco Party that includes hands-on cooking and eating for participants
Up to 20 participants per session (can offer multiple sessions)
Ideal for youth ages 6-12
Program registration fee determined by hosting organization and Touch of the Heart
Parent/guardian registers their child online and completes payment prior to the event
Touch of the Heart provides a percentage split of program revenue to Hosting Organization

Preparation Process:

1. Touch of the Heart and hosting organization determine event date, time, location, and program registration fee.
2. Hosting organization signs Touch of the Heart fundraiser agreement.
3. Hosting organization announces and promotes the fundraiser to its communities.
4. Touch of the Heart handles program registration and payment.

The Hosting Organization is responsible for:

– Providing an event space that holds up to 25 people and includes tables, chairs, and access to a sink and electrical outlets.

– Announcing and informing your communities about the fundraising event.

– Providing at least 1 adult volunteer to be present throughout the entire duration of the event.

Touch of the Heart will:

– Prepare program materials.

– Provide instruction and leadership during the program.

– Provide all cooking equipment, ingredients, and supplies.

– Handle registration and payment.

– Handle payment split after the event.
