Private Parties

Celebrate your event with purpose with Touch of the Heart’s Private Party program. 

Participants will make an appetizer, entree, and dessert, all while learning about food 

and cooking basics! At the end, participants will get to enjoy their creations together. 

Whether it be a youth birthday party, kid’s night out, social gathering, holiday party, 

or Scout project, we’ll make your event filled with flavor!

 

How It Works

  • We will conduct program at your event’s location or location of your choosing. This can be your home, a clubhouse, community center, or rented facility, as long as there is access to tables, chairs, a sink, and preferably an oven, stovetop, and fridge. 
  • We serve events located in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, and Contra Costa counties.

*Please note that the event location must have access to a sink. Access to an oven, stovetop, and fridge is highly preferred, as most menus need access to these appliances.

What’s Included

  • 2 hour party including instruction, hands-on cooking, and eating time
  • Up to 16 participants
  • 6 menu options to choose from
  • Appetizer, entree, and dessert made by participants
  • Pre-made drink for all participants
  • Goodie-bag filled with treats for the guest of honor
  • Digital copy of the recipes to send to your guests
  • Ingredients, paper goods, supplies and equipment provided

Pricing

  • $765 for 10 participants (please note that this price will remain the same even if you have less than 10 participants)
  • Travel fee is dependent on event location. Please see chart to the right. Mileage is based on the distance from the event location to coordinates, 37.53216 N, 122.07154 W
  • 18% required service charge added to the total (included gratuity)
  • $300 deposit required to book, remaining balance due on day of event 
     Optional Add-Ons:
  • $38 for each additional participant (can add up to 6 additional participants)
  • $120 for goodie-bags for 9 participants (excluding guest of honor), and $12 for each additional goodie-bag

  2. We’ll reach out to you within 1-2 business days to discuss booking details. After collecting more details, we’ll send you a booking quote and event details.
  3. Sign the terms and conditions and pay the $300 deposit to confirm the booking.
